I am an avid supporter of Jews and the Jewish homeland, Israel. One of my dearest friends in the world is a Jewish Rabbi. It strikes me as very weird when I see Jews voting Democratic. Don't you realize that the Democratic Party is your least enthusiastic supporter? They would dump support for Israel in a heartbeat if it were not for conservatives in this nation. Almost daily, on the Michael Medved radio show, I hear Anti-Semitic rhetoric, from liberal callers, which is almost as inflaming today as it was during WWII. I have never understood how anyone can be so full of hate for another ethnic group when we have no specific reason for the hatred. And they are the ones who are always screaming 'tolerance' and 'anti-hatred' slogans. They do not practice what they preach!
When it comes to selling weapons to Israel, for their defense, it is the same old whine, they are usually the ones who fight it. There is instantly disparaging talk from the left when Israel defends itself against a terrorist attack by using language that both sides are committing terrorist acts. When do we EVER see a Jew wrap explosives around his or her body and blow themselves up in order to kill innocent people? Their military strikes are retaliation not preemptive. Then why would you support those who make such statements? Who is it that keeps pushing Israel to keep giving away its land? Liberals! If they give away much more land there will not be enough room for them to grow a tomato.
Would you, if you are Jewish, please let me know why you support the Democrats? Please! I just cannot understand it!
