11:39:37 AMMost folks are Bible ignorant in America, and that includes many church goers. When it comes to the homosexual question, most Americans are totally ignorant of what the Bible says about it.
In Judges chapter 20 we find the story of how the men of the tribe of Benjamin got involved in homosexuality to the level that we found in Sodom and Gomorrah and it almost wiped them out as a tribe. Out of 26,000 there remained only a few hundred who were not killed because of this sin. Take the time to grab a Bible and read it for yourself. While you are on the topic take a look at Genesis chapter 19 and Romans chapter 1. This will give you a thorough education of how God feels about this perverse sin. I hasten to say that God stands ready to forgive any sinner if they will turn away from their sins. Refusal to do so could end up in similar circumstances as we find in these passages.
