According to a recent poll, a mere 53% of Americans believe that capitalism is the better than socialism. 27% say that they are not sure! The worst part is that the younger generation only 37% chose capitalism while 33% chose socialism.
Do Americans even know what socialism is all about? So many of our adult population have been brain washed in colleges and universities as extremist professors have dumbed down their students with Marxism and Communism. These professors have deliberately run down the republican form of government that America has grown wealthy and strong on. Socialism is when the government owns everything and the people all work for the government. Productivity is put into the toilet with this system. Why try to get ahead when the government will only take most of it to pay for social programs. The Obama administration has made it clear that Marx is his hero and that redistribution of wealth is his ultimate goal. How on earth did we get so stupid as to choose socialism over capitalism? Just look at the nations under socialism and communism and see the quality of life there. Socialized medicine has been a total failure in Europe and Canada and yet the liberals keep pushing this country into this form of health care. This is sheer insanity. To deliberately destroy the greatest nation in the history of mankind is either stupid or evil. Thank God we still have our vote in 2010 and I for one will do all I can to add to the unemployment lines with those who would destroy America. I am proud to be an American, unlike Mr. Obama's own wife. None of the extremists have ever served in our military but I am glad and proud that I did. I would do it again even at my age if it meant keeping America free and safe from rogues.
