The latest Gallup poll reveals that only 13% of Americans hold to the pure theory of evolution, that time and chance were responsible for what exists, while 46% hold that God created everything in six days about 10,000 years ago. The remaining 36% say that God used some form of evolution to create things. Government run media commentator Bill Marr said that those who believe in creation are STUPID! Well Bill, why don't you set up a debate with someone from the other side and see who is the really stupid one here!
Well, there you have it in hard numbers. I suppose that the absolute absence of transitional forms helps to show that evolution is impossible. Try to imagine for a moment that your body was made by accidents and mutations. Would your respiratory system have all the right parts, would your skeleton be so perfect as it is, would you be able to see in living color, would your muscles all be in the right places, would your brain and central nervous system function as perfectly as it does? The list could go on and on and on!
The Bible tells us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. This lines up perfectly with what we know to be factually. Others, the 13%, may want to be a monkey's uncle but as for me, I am the special creation of the all knowing, all powerful God. Take the time to read about it in Genesis chapters 1-2. Amazing!
