"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS GOD. He was in the beginning with God. ALL THINGS came into being through Him, and apart from Him NOTHING came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overpower it." John 1:1-5
There are many other similar texts if you care to examine them. For those who dare to deny Jesus/Y'shua His rightful status as Almighty God, I truly feel sorry for you as another text tells you what this does concerning your eternal status.
"Whoever denies the he Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also." 1 John 2:23
It is dangerous to play around with Scripture to try and prove a false position created by a false teacher in the past. If you read the Bible by itself, without all the books written by mankind, you will find that the message is crystal clear and needs no 'fixing' to help it out.
As we come into the season of celebration of the birth of this Savior, Jesus Christ/Y'shua HaMashiach, wouldn't it be awesome this year to actually celebrate His birthday by giving HIM something and not focusing so much on giving and getting for ourselves? What do you give to God since He has everything? The Bible is clear again on this point. All He wants for His birthday gift is YOUR HEART! If He gets your HEART then He gets all of you to be His adopted son or daughter. Take the time to read the Gospel of John and you will see how precious you are to Him and the ultimate sacrifice He made to set you free from your sin and guilt. He loves you more than you can ever imagine. I gave my life to Him just before Christmas in 1974 and that was the greatest Christmas I ever had. I have had thirty-five years of experiencing His love, forgiveness, guidance and friendship and I literally would not trade this for the entire world. Don't let another Christmas go by and miss the true meaning of this holiday.
"For God so loved the world, that HE GAVE His only begotten Son, that WHOEVER believes in Him shall NOT perish, but have ETERNAL LIFE." John 3:16
May you have the greatest Christmas ever!
