"Behold, a day is coming for the Lord when the spoil taken from you will be divided among you. For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city will be captured, the houses plundered, the women ravished and half of the city exiled, but the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city. Then the Lord will go forth and fight against those nations, as when He fights on a day of battle. In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south. You will flee by the valley of My mountains, for the valley of the mountains will reach to Azel; yes, you will flee just as you fled before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the Lord, my God, will come, and all the holy ones with Him! In that day there will be no light; the luminaries will dwindle. For it will be a unique day which is known to the Lord, neither day nor night, but it will come about that at evening time there will be light. And in that day living waters will flow out of Jerusalem, half of them toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea; it will be in summer as well as in winter. And the Lord will be king over all the earth; in that day the Lord will be the only one, and His name the only one. All the land will be changed into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem; but Jerusalem will rise and remain on its site from Benjamin's Gate as far as the place of the First Gate to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king's wine presses. People will live in it, and there will no longer be a curse, for Jerusalem will dwell in security. Now this will be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the peoples who have gone to war against Jerusalem; their flesh will rot while they stand on their feet, and their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongue will rot in their mouth. It will come about in that day that a great panic from the Lord will fall on them; and they will seize one another's hand, and the hand of one will be lifted against the hand of another. Judah also will fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the surrounding nations will be gathered, gold and silver and garments in great abundance. So also like this plague will be the plague on the horse, the mule, the camel, the donkey and all the cattle that will be in those camps. Then it will come about that any who are left of all the nations that went against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to celebrate the Feast of Booths. And it will be that whichever of the families of the earth does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, there will be no rain on them. If the family of Egypt does not go up or enter, then no rain will fall on them; it will be the plague with which the Lord smites the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths. This will be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths. In that day there will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, "HOLY TO THE LORD." And the cooking pots in the Lord's house will be like the bowls before the altar. Every cooking pot in Jerusalem and in Judah will be holy to the Lord of hosts; and all who sacrifice will come and take of them and boil in them. And there will no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the Lord of hosts in that day."  Zechariah 14:1-21

It is a fascinating thing to note that the Messianic Jews believe that Jesus/Yeshua was born during the Feast of Booths. If this is true then His birthday will be celebrated annually and all will go to the celebration. They also believe that the only feast day that Yeshua did not fulfill is the Feast of Trumpets. This fits perfectly with the Scriptures that describe His Second Coming to earth.

"Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory.  O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."  1 Corinthians 15:52-57

This is not make believe. These events will happen and sooner than later for sure. The world events are shaping up for the last battle where the enemies of the Jews, the Muslims, will attack Israel and God will do the warring on their behalf and the enemy will be eliminated. It is a real good time to consider what you believe. Atheism will get you nothing but eternal suffering in the end. To place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ/Yeshua Ha Mashiach will bring you forgiveness and adoption into God's eternal family. When death comes you will be transported by the angels into God's heavenly home. He has prepared you a dwelling place and you will live in perfect peace forever. Just think what you will miss if you miss Jesus/Yeshua. In just a few weeks the world will pause to celebrate the traditional time when Jesus/Yeshua was born. How could one solitary life cause the world to celebrate His birth? Because He is the Savior of the world. He did die on the cross in Jerusalem in 29 A.D. He did rise from the dead and ascend back to heaven. He will return a second time to take His children into heaven. Don't miss the real meaning of Christmas this year. An old saying goes, "Statues are never erected for the critic, only for the criticized."  A brief survey of history finds the lives of today's great heroes some of the most criticized when they lived. From soldiers to political leaders the story is pretty much the same. Posthumously is a word used to describe men and women in the military who, though ordinary soldiers during the time leading up to the moment of great heroic acts, acted heroicly in a moment of time when the life of another or others was threatened. They acted with great courage and sacrificed their own life to save others. They never knew that they were awarded the Medal of Honor or Purple Heart etc.

Abraham Lincoln is a great example of this too. During his Presidency he was brutally criticized and hated by the press and those on the other side of the Civil War but today we celebrate his life and work as America's greatest President. He was murdered by Booth and Lincoln never knew that a huge memorial was erected to his honor in Washington DC many years later.

Have you seen any statues erected to those who brutally criticized him? I have never seen a statue dedicated to critics unless their cause was against an evil force or person and they ultimately won the day. The Underground Railroad workers are some of the critics who did get a statue erected for their work. The Democratic Party of the 1800's did everything they could to keep the black man enslaved while Christians and other Republicans worked and often suffered years of imprisonment or death to see the black man freed and given equal status with other ethnicities. I use the word ethnicities against the word race since there is only ONE race of people, the human race. The Bible knows nothing of race but often uses the word ethnos (Greek) to describe those of non-Jewish groups. The Jews are also an ethnic group as well. If we could only accept this as fact we could end the hatred of people for others based on skin color or origins.

Who will be the next person to have a statue erected? Many statues are erected to dictators such as Stalin, Hitler or Mussolini only to have them pulled down when freedom is reestablished in a nation. Those statues that endure are to the truly great human beings who never knew that their statues stand in their remembrance.

Mutations often pose problems for humans, in the form of birth defects. Some evolutionists claim that birth defects are the “trial and error” of evolution, and eventually this could create a new species or sub-species of human.

He is but one of the majority of our founders who KNEW that America was founded as a Christian nation. Today, we have arrived at the ultimate attempt to CHANGE all of this. Hope and Change were Obama's platform in the election; we just did not know what these words were meant to reflect. Hope meant that the lifetime humanists/atheists/Socialists hoped to realize their dream of removing Christianity as the ground zero of our foundation and CHANGE it into a multi-cultural/humanistic/Socialistic society.

The hate crimes bill was nothing more than a blatant attack on the freedom of religion/freedom of speech/First Amendment rights. ALL crime is based on HATE, so why did we need such a bill? It is the huge step forward to shut the mouths of all who believe what the Bible, and other religious books, has to say about sexual perversion. Lyndon Johnson led congress to put the gag order on the church by putting a tag on the tax exempt status of the church by telling it that it can no longer express political views or endorse a candidate that reflects its values. This is not true when the liberals USE the church for their ends. The Clintons used churches for fundraising events, Rev. Wright has freedom to say what he pleases and many other AME churches do the same.

We have arrived at a time when the Constitution is being torn down with each successive decision that comes from congress and the White House. Socialism does just this as it destabilizes a nation in order to bring it to ruin so that it can step in without a shot fired and change that nation into a Socialist state. History is filled with examples of how this was done in many nations. Socialism uses USEFUL IDIOTS to accomplish its goal. Those who are willing to sell out their country to Socialism are USED by them, thinking that they will have a place in the new government. History also tells us what happens to these useful idiots when Socialism takes over, they are murdered.

We have many so-called useful idiots at work destabilizing America right now. The greatest tragedy of all is that the Church is the only means to stop this takeover. Like Hitler in Germany who used those useful idiots within the church to destroy the power of the church in Germany, so our courts and congress are targeting the church in order to keep it Politically Correct and make it powerless to fight off aggression.

The mainline church in America has made itself so relevant that it no longer looks like what the Bible says that a church is to be. There are still a number of pastors and churches that are fighting and will fight to the end to stop this insanity we now face. The majority of the churches today have become so watered down that it hardly even smells like the original.

America desperately needs a revival or renewal of the church to restore it to what it should be doing in society. History has many examples of courageous pastors and churches that stood against evil and won the day. Most pastors today are so touchy-feely in the pulpit that they have ceased to make a positive difference but have actually assisted the Socialists/humanists in their goal.

G. Campbell Morgan once spoke about the state of the church in England by saying, "The task of the church is NOT to catch the spirit of the age, it is to CORRECT it!" This is what it will take to save this nation from the evil that is now in charge of most of our government. Even when some courageous politicians take a stand these spineless preachers refuse to back them up and so they just drop back and become powerless.

America was and is a Christian nation but she has lost her moral and spiritual compass today. The words of William Yeates in his poem, “The Second Coming,” are appropriate to this topic. He said, “The best lacked all conviction, while the worst were full of passionate intensity.”

This is a sad commentary on people of faith today. We have been so dumbed down with Political Correctness that we have ignored biblical correctness to our own peril. It is time to speak out NOW or we may one morning wake up to find that America has changed and we did nothing to stop it. What will it take for the multiplied Christians and other religious people to put a stop to this deliberate move to destroy the America that we all have known and loved? Are we really willing to just let our children and grandchildren be ruled by Socialism? If we are then we are truly cowards in the highest order.

"Why do You make me see iniquity, and cause me to look at wickedness? Yes, destruction and violence are before me; stifle exists and contention arises. Therefore the law is ignored and justice is never upheld. For the wicked surround the righteous; therefore justice comes out perverted."  Habakkuk 1:3-4

This seems to describe what is happening today in America. Our courts seem to pervert justice far too often and our congress ignores the law on a daily basis. God is watching what is happening now and in His timing will deal with it. Meanwhile, the greatest challenge before believers is to pray that He will act to correct the perversion of law and justice and restore us to the model that our founders established. We are a Republic and this form of government is based on the RULE OF LAW not the majority.
