Kinda sounds like our congress and Supreme Court doesn't it? Trying to make immorality legal and to kill the most innocent citizens of this great nation, which was founded on the Word of God by godly leaders.

The Source Of Man's Insanity

Every day is a new adventure. When we wake up we stand ready to be shocked at what
some liberal politician has suggested or is planning on putting into place "if elected."

Please note the following words for a really reliable answer as to what is happening to these "walking in a new dimension" people. NOTE: No comment necessary. Just take it as it is written.

AARP Does Not Represent This Member's Views

AARP's little video on this web site does not represent my views on health care. I am a member of AARP but I don't know why. The so-called benefits are pretty much nonexistent and it seems that they constantly come down on the wrong side of political issues than I do. It is more of a front for the Democratic Party than anything.
Every Presidential candidate is suddenly weighing in with their own health care plan and how much it will cost. Hillarycare is the worst of these as it is in essence socialized medicine. This method has not worked anywhere in the world that I know of. I wish that the government would do something about the horrendous gouging that the health care providers are getting away with now. My insurance premiums are about $1,800.00 per month for my family of four and then each of us have a $2,400.00 deductable plus a $200.00 drug deductable for each of us. Then the co-pay is way too high. This is outrageous! Would one of the candidates come up with a realistic way to hold these companies accountable? Our welfare state policies are bleeding the resources far too rapidly. To allow people who have paid nothing, 0, zilch, into Social Security, yet to benefit from what others have paid, is totally irresponsible to the founding plan's guidelines. Politicians routinely BORROW money from S/S and never pay it back. It seems to be the biggest issue that politicians need to deal with first.Let's hear some of you candidates weigh in on this one. I would like to see some investigation done on the whole system. This would be far more explosive than all this evaluating the war in Iraq and WOULD be the thing that would save S/S for the next generation.

Columbia In Iran's Crosshairs

While listening to the president of Columbia University today, it raised the goose bumps on my neck when he really raked Ahmadinejad over the coals. Everything he said was true but my first thought was, "Columbia had better stay on high alert since they will be #1 on the hit list. Demeaning a terrorist in the eyes of the world is a good thing but very dangerous."  It takes people with guts, like the prez, to confront the most evil of our world.

I would imagine that Homeland Security is already working out the details to protect them. Salmon Rushti made their #1 hit list with his writings. It wasn't quite so public as this one.

Are Liberals Trying To Push Conservatives Into A Second Civil War?

Have we stopped to think about the only workable strategy for liberals to take over the nation? The Constitution and conservatives are the ONLY things  blocking their bid to make this nation Socialistic. If they can bait us into a civil war, who gets the military, money, control? They have gone nuts lately with attacking every institution that is dear to Americans: faith, family, military, constitution etc. etc. From the Supreme Court's decision against private property rights, to legalizing the killing the unborn, to openly slandering Jesus Christ, to the blatant disregard for our military and its supreme leaders, to backing the wrong side in the war on terror. Think about it, PLEASE!

How else will they make the ultimate move to gain total control? All that we hold dear is in their sights. Could we have imagined that so many attacks would be launched in rapid succession?

They are either up to something, like this, or they are truly insane. There is a verse in the Bible, Romans 1:28, which says, "God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do the things that are not proper..." The Greek word for depraved means "a mind that can no longer discern right from wrong." This fits really well with what we have seen and heard from them.

 

PLEASE weigh in on this and write replies. It would be a realistic alternative to an all out coup.

Rather Must Be Having A Cash Shortage In Retirement

Dan Rather came out of retirement this week to announce his need for more cash, but seventy million is a bit much. Rather forgets that CBS did not let him go just for the heck of it but because of public outrage. They had so many calls that they saw CBS's future on the chopping block. Rather was not the only problem at CBS. They still go out of their way to bash conservatives and for that reason I have written them off in my viewing and listening.
As a matter of fact television has not been a part of my family life for about six years now. What a pleasant quietness we enjoy and my kids don't miss it either.

With all the advertising hype that we get bombarded by daily, one would think that money and material goods are the answer to man's happiness. The wise king Solomon penned these ideas after his lifetime of research.

'He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves abundance with its income. This too is vanity. When good things increase, those who consume them increase. So what is the advantage to their owners except to look on? The sleep of the working man is pleasant, whether he eats little or much; but the full stomach of the rich man does not allow him to sleep. There is a grievous evil which I have seen under the sun: riches being hoarded by their owner to his hurt. When those riches were lost through a bad investment and he had fathered a son, then there was nothing to support him.  As he had come naked from his mother's womb, so will he return as he came. He will take nothing from the fruit of his labor that he can carry in his hand. (No bumper hitches on hearses) This also is a grievous evil--exactly as a man is born, thus will he die. So what is the advantage to him who toils for the wind? Throughout his life he also eats in darkness with great vexation, sickness and anger. Here is what I have seen to be good and fitting: to eat, to drink and enjoy oneself in all one's labor in which he toils under the sun during the few years of his life which God has given him; for this is his reward. Furthermore, as for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, He has also empowered him to eat from them and to receive his reward and rejoice in his labor; this is the gift of God. For he will not often consider the years of his life, because God keeps him occupied with the gladness of his heart."  Ecclesiastes 5:10-20

The truth is such a freeing thing to the heart and mind.

Hillary Should Run For Head Of MoveOn Not The Presidency

I stand appalled at how the leading liberals can stand pat in their support of this disgraceful ad from MoveOn.org.  How can these folks even imagine that the American public will vote for any one of them? They are committing political suicide in my opinion, which is a good thing to me. They have continued to show contempt for our military and its commanders. How could they want to be their leader? Have you ever worked for a boss who did not like you? That is what it would be like for all our military. There can be absolutely no respect for these unpatriotic people.

I am calling for a ground swell of voices calling for their renouncing MoveOn or for the congress to censure them for their disgraceful behavior. Lets not just click our tongues and say, "What a pity," let's let them know by the millions of our disgust for them. When good men and women do nothing, evil prevails. They are showing their true colors and they are not red, white and blue. They could be mostly RED.

I see it clearly that this group fits the bill for this passage, especially Ms. Clinton. She is a bully and would bring this nation to ruin.

Let Us Help You Rip People Off

As I listen to my favorite talk show personalities, I also hear an almost unending commercial message. The message opens by asking the audience if they have $10,000.00 in credit card debt. They proceed to tell us that they can help you beat your creditors out of 60% of what you own them.
This really bugs me every time I hear it and so I turn the volume down for a bit. I called them once to express my feeling and they hung up on me. This is simply not right! To buy things, promising that on your honor you will make payments and pay what you owe but this company is in essence helping people, who are already in over their heads in debt, to rip off the people whom they promised to pay over time. This then sets them free to go out and charge a ton of more stuff so that eventually they will beat these folks out of what is owed too. People of integrity, since they promised to pay their debt, should still make it their goal to pay their debts even after a bankruptcy or using this service. I've known folks who have done this. Think of it like this, what if someone owed you a few thousand dollars and promised to repay you but moved out of town with no forwarding address? I had this happen to me by a man whom I was sure was a man of integrity. There has never been any attempt to pay what he promised to pay or even to apologize for not paying his debt. I have long since written it off so that it wouldn't' bug me. Integrity or devious: that is the question.
They also help us rip off the IRS by not paying our taxes. There is a conscience fund at the IRS where folks have sent a few cents to pay for a stamp that they re-used and their conscience would not stop reminding them of such things. Others have sent thousands to cover taxes that they "got away with not paying." Our consciences have two positions: clear and cluttered and they demand that we do what we know to be right or they will make us miserable until we do. God gave us this inner voice to make us do what is right.

Which Is It Mr. Gore?

I wonder if Al Gore can give an explanation as to why just over thirty years ago environmentalists were in a panic about global cooling. How can something so profound reverse itself in just thirty years? Which is it Mr. Gore? We just had the coolest summer here is south Texas for many years, for which I am very grateful to God.

Committing Political Suicide

The news on the vote in the senate could mean a torpedo direct hit to the liberal ship, I hope. When it was put directly to the senators, as to whether they would back our Commander Petraeus or MoveOn.org, the democrats and even an independent voted to side with the slander machine. This is a clear case of showing their true colors. It is not about the war in Iraq but a vote against our military. The torpedo that sank Kerry's bid for the presidency was when the military united against his "war record" in Viet Nam.
Voting was bad enough but the real cowards were the ones who DID NOT VOTE AT ALL. How can anyone trust these characters to lead our nation? I hope that this was the last nail in their coffins collectively. How can anyone side with a sleazy organization like MoveOn.org against one of our nation's heroes? A chameleon is a good mascot for these people. It changes its color depending on their environment. I hope that they will stop dropping in on the war for photo ops. That is pure hypocrisy! I often wonder what planet these folks are from.

Will our congress take this further and censure these "people?"

Thank the rest of you who voted like true American patriots. I hope your kind increases in our congress.

Hypocritical Hillary

I could not believe my ears when I heard a clip from a T.V. show that Hillary was on today. She was talking about her health care for all and said, "the medical profession is ultimately about DO NO HARM." It shot through me like a knife immediately of her hypocrisy in that statement. She is right that doctors are sworn to do no harm but she sits there a bold faced supporter of abortion and uses a line that to her is a lie. Killing unborn babies is doing the ultimate harm to the most innocent members of our society.
Hillary, get real! I also heard the name for her health plan, American Health CHOICE. Could her plan ultimately be about making abortion more available at taxpayer expense? I sense a landslide victory for conservatives IF they will demonstrate some backbone and go after these wild eyed ideas of the liberals.

Truth Matters Pt. 2

It struck me the other day that all the battles concerning Political Correctness are aimed at promoting and protecting perversion. They have made up their small minds that promoting a moral America is not worth their time but seeing to it that sexual perversion is forced on the silent majority.

The Bible is still the most popular book on sale in America and represents a huge majority of American citizens. With this majority to fight, the liberals chose a strategy to shame us into shutting our mouths by a campaign of name calling and labeling. Have you noticed that we don't call them moralophobics or godophobics? That sounds so foolish and so do homophobic, bigoted, haters etc. etc. I for one chose a long time ago to NOT try to be politically correct but to be biblically correct. They can rant and rave and call names until they are blue in the face and it is like water off a duck's back to me. I know that I am doing what is right and pleasing to God and that is all that matters.

Bill Clinton was the champion of the immoral folks in America, especially the Hollywood crowd, and a disgrace and disgusting to those who love what is right.The Bible calls homosexuality an abomination in the eyes of God. Liberals have decided that perversion is what is right and that God is wrong. I have a few quotes to demonstrate this.

"He who speaks truth tells what is right, but a false witness deceit."  Proverbs 12:17

"A righteous man hates falsehood, but a wicked man acts disgustingly and shamefully."  Proverbs 13:5

"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people."  Proverbs 14:34

"The way of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, but He loves one who pursues righteousness."  Proverbs 15:9

"He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD. Why is there a price in the hand of a fool to buy wisdom, when he has no sense?"  Proverbs 17:15-16

Their strategy has worked very well and millions of godly people have shut up and just mumble to themselves and their friends about how bad things are. If you would just decide that no one is going to shut you up and that your most powerful tool is your vote then the liberals would sit up and take notice.

So, are we going to speak up and vote out of office those who are slowly destroying this great nation? I for one am sick of the sewer of immorality flowing into our homes via the television. I turned mine off about six years ago and seek my information from sites like Townhall.com
Christians in particular have often been dumbed down even by their own pastors. Preaching milk toast is never going to make Christians strong. We need more preachers like Jonathan Edwards and his sermon, "Sinners in the hand of an angry God," and "Payday Someday" by R. G Lee, and Charles Finney with his pulpit aflame with righteousness and hundreds like them. They saw righteousness once again aflame in America in different generations. We are taught to "Just love them and let them have their own way. We wouldn't want to offend anyone, you know." It would do us all good to read about the lives of the prophets of the Old Testament and how Jesus, Paul dealt with opposition. Paul said these words, 

Acts 13:8 But Elymas the magician (for so his name is translated) was opposing them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith.

Acts 13:9 But Saul, who was also known as Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, fixed his gaze on him,

Acts 13:10 and said, "You who are full of all deceit and fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease to make crooked the straight ways of the Lord?"

This one is not exactly "seeker friendly" is it?

Jesus called them white washed tombs and told them that they were the sons of the Devil. Peter did not mince words in confronting those who opposed God and righteousness. There is plenty of room for love but confrontation is what is essentially needed NOW!.
Our founding fathers would be ashamed of us if they were alive today. Let's get some guts and backbone going and soon. Let's let the lion out of his cage and let him roar!

Truth Matters Pt. 1

"And you shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free!"      Jesus

Do you enjoy being lied to or how do you feel inside when you tell a lie? It is an awful, sinking feeling in my gut when this happens. My goal is to expose lies in every walk of life and to set the record straight by providing the truth. Historical records are very reliable and should be the evidence that we seek, not revisionist historians who want to make up stories that fit with their own agendas.

I will be very careful to do my homework and so give it all I have to publish reliable information. For a starter, feast your eyes and heart on the book of wisdom, Proverbs.

Prov 12:17 He who speaks truth tells what is right, but a false witness, deceit.

Prov 12:18 There is one who speaks rashly like the thrusts of a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

Prov 12:19 Truthful lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only for a moment.

Prov 12:20 Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil, but counselors of peace have joy.

Prov 12:21 No harm befalls the righteous, but the wicked are filled with trouble.

Prov 12:22 Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, but those who deal faithfully are His delight.


Prov 13:5 A righteous man hates falsehood, but a wicked man acts disgustingly and shamefully.

These verses seem as up to date as today's news. The slander of decent, patriotic Americans is a daily occurrence. Their time of collapse will come as God promises that it will. Shame and disgrace will follow them.
