Knowing the history of the Democratic party and its stand on slavery leaves me scratching my head in disbelief when it comes to this issue. It was the Republican party, and that of the Christian part predominantly, that pushed this issue to the breaking point to see that no person could be owned as another man's property. Here is a quote off the PBS web site. There is a complete documentary on this issue available through PBS and it lays out the facts very clearly.

"The Democratic Party identified itself as the "white man's party" and demonized the Republican Party as being "Negro dominated," even though whites were in control. Determined to re-capture the South, Southern Democrats "redeemed" state after state -- sometimes peacefully, other times by fraud and violence. By 1877, when Reconstruction was officially over, the Democratic Party controlled every Southern state." 
"The South remained a one-party region until the Civil Rights movement began in the 1960's. Northern Democrats, most of whom had prejudicial attitudes towards blacks, offered no challenge to the discriminatory policies of the Southern Democrats.

Another issue is the blatant attempt to 'ethnically cleanse' America by instituting and supporting abortion. This issue is as critical as a heart attack. PLEASE check out The Negro Project on line and let other blacks lay out the truth of Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood in its attempt to keep blacks and orientals from 'breeding.' Millions of black babies are dead today because they manipulated and USED black ministers to sell this horrendous bill of goods to black women.

I referred to this topic in my last blog and I want now to follow it up with more information. This info was taken from www.levitt.com/essays/palestine.html and is historically accurate. Read and be enlightened. It will put the ongoing battle over Israel's land in a new perspective.

"Where did the term Palestine originate from? How did the world and the church get into the habit of calling the land of Israel “Palestine”? One of the guides we use in our tours to Israel is Zvi Rivai, an Israeli Messianic believer, who has done considerable research on this subject. Zvi informs us that before 135 A.D., the Romans used the terms Judea and Galilee to refer to the Land of Israel. When Titus destroyed Jerusalem in 70 A.D., the Roman government struck a coin with the phrase “Judea Capta,” meaning Judea has been captured. The term Palestine was never used in the early Roman designations.

It was not until the Romans crushed the second Jewish revolt against Rome in 135 A.D. under Bar Kochba that Emperor Hadrian applied the term Palestine to the Land of Israel. Hadrian, like many dictators since his time realized the propaganda power of terms and symbols. He replaced the shrines of the Jewish Temple and the Sepulchre of Christ in Jerusalem with temples to pagan deities. He changed the name of Jerusalem to Aelia Capitalina, and changed the name of Israel and Judea to Palestine. Hadrian’s selection of Palestine was purposeful, not accidental. He took the name of the ancient enemies of Israel, the Philistines, Latinized it to Palestine, and applied it to the Land of Israel. He hoped to erase the name Israel from all memory. Thus, the term Palestine as applied to the Land of Israel was invented by the inveterate enemy of the Bible and the Jewish people, Emperor Hadrian.

It is interesting to note that the original Philistines were not Middle Eastern at all. They were European peoples from the Adriatic sea next to Greece. It may have pleased Hadrian to utilize this Hellenistic term for the Jewish land. In any case, the original “Palestinians” had nothing to do, whatsoever, with any Arabs."

So you see, the so called Palestinians have nothing to do with the name of the land. They are Arabs who are trying to take Israel's land away based on false information.

Did you know that this title represents laws on the books of California and America at large to protect the innocence of children as they grow up to adulthood? No one is allowed to offer cigarettes, alcohol, pornography or do anything harmful to one of these little ones. Jesus had much to say about this subject and here is just one of His statements.

“He said to His disciples, ‘It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.’ ”                                      Luke 17:1-2  

He spoke this while standing in Capernaum at the northern and deepest end of the Sea of Galilee. Archaeologists have unearthed heavy basalt millstones right by the sea. The text indicates that this stone should be put around the neck of one who harms a child, thrown into the sea and remain at the bottom. One of the primary protections offered in America over the history of our nation is the safety and protection of our children. Today, in our California school system, under the name of sex education and sensitivity training, we have kindergarten and older children being taught about sex in very graphic terms. Bills passed in our state legislature and enforced by our state board of education will shock and appall you. Sometimes children are told not to say anything to their parents about a book or special time in class as they would not understand or get upset. I challenge you as parents to go to the school district office and request to see the materials your child is being taught. Many wonderful teachers modify these materials to help protect innocent ears, eyes and hearts from exposure to things that would embarrass most adults.

Kaiser Permanente has a traveling show, Secrets, which has been allowed into our jr. high and high schools here and around the state. It is a thinly disguised safe-sex presentation that says little or nothing about abstinence but promotes risky behavior to our students. This program requires parents’ signature to attend! This assumes that kids are going to get involved sexually anyway so let’s help them by making it safe. Safe sex is a big lie that has been spread by those trying to sexualize children. Public Law 106-554 and California Education Codes 51930 and 51933 require schools to use “medically accurate” information in sex education courses. California law says, “All factual information presented shall be medically accurate and objective.” “Commencing in grade 7, instruction and materials shall teach that abstinence from sexual intercourse is the only certain way to prevent unintended pregnancy, teach that abstinence from sexual activity is the only certain way to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, and provide information about the value of abstinence while also providing medically accurate information on other methods of preventing pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.” Doesn’t it make common sense to teach abstinence primarily and list the dangers associated with all other methods? Children look to adults for accurate information.  Shouldn't’t they get it?  After all, it is the LAW.
