Well, there you have it! Christians, it is time to restore America's churches to flaming righteousness. It all starts with us. Pastors, move away from the sermonettes on felt needs and feel good topics and return to proclaiming the Word of God in its entirety. We must set the pace before others will follow suit. Our founding fathers did just that and the result was the America that amazed Alexis De Tocqueville.

We are up to our ears with extremist liberals, from Berkeley to Washington D.C. Have you finally had enough of this garbage and are you now willing to become an activist yourself? If we do not push back, we will lose the freedoms set in stone by the Constitution. Most of these people are atheists and Socialists. Do you want them to change the very structure of our government? They will if you let them!

It starts with your telephone, fax machine, internet and any other means of communication at your disposal. Light up and melt down their telephones, fax machines and flood their web sites and e-mail sites with what you feel in your gut. It is always proper to be civil but it is no longer proper to be soft and manipulated by their hate speech that they use on us constantly. Those who preach tolerance are the worst offenders.

Remember, the election in November and get out the vote unlike any election in our nation's history. It is time to remove the crazies in your legislature too. Those who push abortion, gay marriage, anti-family legislation and the governor who is willing to be their puppet and sign these horrid laws into law. I commend the governor for the few times that he has vetoed insane bills. Your job? Just say NO to every liberal on the ballot and every liberal proposition too.

I know that there are millions more conservative Californians who, IF they will register to vote and then vote your values, can turn this insanity back on its promoters. The Golden State is being seriously tarnished and you must choose to restore the luster to this great state. You have had enough trouble already with the economic crunch; don't let them make it worse by removing your rights as parents and citizens. I am praying for you!

Well folks, this one is for those who think that this 'evolutionary fossil' was never put forth from the scientific community. This is only one of many frauds that have been man made to try and prop up a failed theory. Talk about rearranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic! These people will not admit that what they hold dear is a total failure. What will they manufacture next? A flying elephant?

 

Piltdown man, Lucy, Nebraska man and all the other so-called 'missing links' have all been proven false. They were announced on front page news but refuted, most likely, in the funny paper section.

 

More people need to think like the motto of Missouri: Show Me! Put the factual evidence on the table to back up your claims.

Also, why are evolutionists and atheistic government and media people so afraid to tell both sides of this issue? Expelled, the movie, has been attacked viciously, yet not one of them has offered proof of where it is wrong. Right and wrong seem not to matter to those entrenched in lies and distortion of the real evidence. If they actually and honestly look at the evidence they will see that the evidence proves evolution to be a failed theory of origins. Richard Dawkins admitted, in the movie, that Intelligent Design has some merit, so why does he fight the exploration of the evidence that it brings to the surface? It is the fear that it might prove that his whole position is bogus and that he would have to admit, as he did in the movie, that there has to be a creator somewhere in the universe.

"I am a part of the "Fellowship of the Unashamed." I have Holy Spirit power. The die has been cast. I've stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I am a disciple of His. I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away or be still. My past is redeemed, my present makes sense and my future is secure. I am finished and done with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tame visions, mundane talking, chintzy giving and dwarfed goals!

I no longer need preeminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits or popularity. I don't have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded or rewarded. I now live by presence, learn by faith, love by patience, live by prayer and labor by power.

My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is heaven, my road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions few, my guide reliable, my mission clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity or meander in the maze of mediocrity.

I won't give up, shut up, let go or slow up until I've preached up, prayed up, paid up, paid up, stored up and stayed up for the cause of Christ.

"For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God."  Deuteronomy 4:24

At first glance we might make a judgment against God by saying that He is selfish. What we must see first is that He is a consuming fire. Mankind had better stop and ponder this part of who God is very carefully. As when He came down on Mount Sinai in a flaming fire and was a tower of fire to protect the Israelites from the Egyptian army, His very person is just that, a consuming fire. Man can try to justify his rejection of God all he wants, but in reality, God is God and will have His way. He knows perfectly what is best for all mankind. Man, in his arrogance and rebellion against doing what is good and right, turns against God in order to try and justify his sin.

The issue of His being jealous: let’s simply look at what it means to be jealous. When do you and I feel jealous? I feel jealous when someone tries to take away the person I love most, my wife. Throughout the Bible, God has referred to Himself as the husband of his bride, His people the Jews and Christians. For God to be jealous means that He is like us and is jealous FOR us when sinful things and people draw us away from a close relationship with Him. This is the case throughout the Old and New Testaments. He calls Israel an unfaithful wife often as they wander away from Him and follow pagan gods. Here are a few verses that illustrate what I mean.

"They have made Me jealous with what is not God; they have provoked Me to anger with their idols. So I will make them jealous with those who are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation."  Deuteronomy 32:21

"So the angel who was speaking to me said to me, "Proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the LORD of hosts, "I am exceedingly jealous FOR Jerusalem and Zion.' “Zechariah 1:14

Now, note this application from the Apostle Paul and his jealousy to protect God's people.

"For I am jealous FOR you with a godly (same type as that of God) jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin. But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ."  2 Corinthians11:2-3

Well, all this to say that when we see God being jealous, it comes from His very nature to protect that which He loves from harm or destruction. His very first commandment to the world was that He was and is the ONLY God and therefore for His creation to follow after pagan gods would arouse His jealousy and seek to protect them from harm.

"Know therefore today, and take it to your heart that the LORD, He is God in heaven above and on the earth below; there is no other."  Deuteronomy 4:39
